Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tuyaho, operated by Tuyaho at https://tuyaho.com. By creating an account, signing in, or using the panel you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Tuyaho is a panel for creators and teams. It lets you connect your own social accounts, prepare a video, and send it to the networks you choose, immediately or on a schedule. The public website describes the product. The panel is invite-only.

Each network connects through its official login. You authorize the permissions on that platform's screen. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password or the password of any other network.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, and able to enter a contract.
  • You must own the accounts you connect, or have the owner's authorization.
  • You are responsible for activity under your user and for keeping the password secret.
  • You must give us an email address where we can write to you about the account, security, and these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Post content you have no right to use, or that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Impersonate another person, connect someone else's account without permission, or bypass a platform's limits.
  • Send spam, malware, illegal content, or content that incites harm.
  • Attack, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the panel, to other accounts, or to connected APIs.

We may suspend or close access when there is a breach, a security risk, or a legal requirement.

4. TikTok and other platforms

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and the other networks are third-party services. Your use of them follows each platform's terms as well as these terms. For TikTok that includes the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok's community guidelines.

With the current permissions, a send to TikTok uses the creator inbox upload. The video is not posted to the TikTok profile until the creator confirms it inside TikTok, unless the creator later accepts a different permission on TikTok's screen.

We do not control outages, API changes, app reviews, or content rejections by those platforms. A network failure is not a simulated publish: if the send does not arrive, the panel shows it as an error.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to the videos and text you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, revocable license only to host, transcode into the format a network requires, and transmit that content to the accounts you specify, for as long as needed to carry out that instruction.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions (including music and third-party likeness) for that send. You are solely responsible for the content toward your audience and toward each platform.

6. Ownership of the service

The software, design, marks, and documentation of Tuyaho belong to Tuyaho or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership. You may use the panel only for your activity as an invited creator or team.

7. Plans and cancellation

If a fee applies, it is shown before payment. Closure and any refund are covered by the Cancellation Policy. Stopping use of a network does not by itself delete data: use Disconnect or the data deletion page.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to close the account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or a platform at risk, or when we must do so by law. After closure we stop using connected network tokens and delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and warranty

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that a third-party API will accept every video, or that a post will produce views, revenue, or any particular result. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tuyaho is not liable for lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect damages arising from use of the panel or a connected network. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event, or one hundred US dollars if there was no payment, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for willful misconduct.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Tuyaho against third-party claims caused by your content, by connecting an account without authorization, or by breaking these terms or a platform's rules, including reasonable defense costs.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. If a change is material, we will notify you at the account email or with a notice in the panel before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and ask us to close the account.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the operator of the service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's terms.
